Terms Of Service

This Terms of Service (TOS) is a contract that sets out the rights and responsibilities of SISA HOST and registrants of domain names and hosting products through SISA HOST  (Customer, you or your). This TOS incorporates other agreements between SISA HOST and you such as the registration agreements and dispute resolution procedures. SISA HOST provides domain name registration and hosting services to you either directly, or in conjunction with other businesses. These businesses may have contracts that differ from this TOS. We will provide you with links to these contracts on request. These other agreements, along with this TOS, are collectively referred to as the “Agreements.” These Agreements may be modified for time-to-time without notice to you. You agree to be bound by these modifications.

General Terms and Policies

The Service is provided to authorized persons or organizations (referred to in this document as “Subscriber” or “you”). Any use of the service is subject to any restrictions listed below. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of theses Terms and Policies. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies, you must cancel your account immediately and may not thereafter use or attempt to use the Service.

Coverage – If you are an individual Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all persons who gain access through your account. If you are a commercial Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all your employees, agents and/or customers. In either instance, a violation of these Terms and Policies by anyone using your account will be treated as a violation by you.

Prices and Charges – SISA HOST provides the use of cPanel and domain control panels to you free of charge, but if through misuse or through abuse on your part we incur any charges, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you.

Term – The Service is provided to you for as long as you wish to use it, however we with hold the right to terminate the service if you use it in a way that violates the terms of use.

Backups – SISA HOST does not guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of its backup services. We recommends that clients backup their data to their personal computers or storage servers. Clients are responsible for their own data. So therefore, you are solely responsible for making back-up files in connection with your use of the Services.


SISA HOST shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for our services & also disclaims that any kind of warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment Issues

When you order to our any product and service, you are buying a pre-paid service. All payments will be paid advance using automatic payment gateway or manual payment system. Renewal notices will sent some times via email from 15 days before the renewal date. If you are unable to renew the service to last renew date, your hosting and domain will be suspended and we are not responsible for any data loss. For web hosting plans we will setup your account without any paying. We recommend clients are to pay by using payment gateway for safe transaction. We accept all kind of Debit, Credit, Visa & Mastercard. Also accept mobile banking (bKash, Rocket & Nagad). We don’t accept any kind of Virtual Card. Sometimes we need some documents from you to verify your payment. So you have to co-operate with us.

Refund and Return Policy

You can cancel your (Shared Hosting, Premium Hosting or Corporate Hosting) plan within the first 7 days for a full refund. It is applicable only for:

(1) If you face any technical difficulty with our server.

(2) Any feature is missing which we discussed at package specification.

(3) Any other server error which we can not resolve.

Note: Refunds are not available for Domain Registration, Domain Transfer, Free Domain with hosting, Any kind of offer plans, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller Hosting & Managed VPS. Credit on your account cannot be refundable and it’s must be used for purchases and renewals.


Acceptable Use Policy

A. You agree that you will NOT use the Services to:

  1. Violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation, including, but not limited to, any copyright, trademark, patent, anti-piracy, or other intellectual property law or regulation, or any export control or child pornography law, or encourage or enable others to violate any such law or regulation.
  2. Transmit, distribute, publish, post, store, link, or otherwise traffic in information, software, or material that:
    • Constitutes, depicts, fosters, promotes or relates in any manner to child pornography, child erotica, bestiality, or non-consensual sex acts, or is otherwise obscene.
    • Drugs related website
    • Alcohol/Wine related website
    • Adult/ Sex related
    • Encourages, glorifies, incites, or promotes illegal activity or drug use, excessive violence or cruelty, or Ponzi-type schemes.
    • Is fraudulent or facilitates phishing, hacking, or identity theft, or attempts to impersonate the identity of a third party.
    • Infringes upon a third-party business, intellectual property, contractual, privacy, or fiduciary right or improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information.
    • Contains malicious applications or code of any type.
    • Makes or facilitates any form of computer, server, or network attack or disruption.
    • Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing or abusive.
  3. Send, post, host, enable, or facilitate any types of mail-bombs or SPAM (“SPAM” is defined as any type of unsolicited e-mail).
  4. Use or provide open proxies or Internet Relay Chat (IRC).
  5. Host any type of servers or other server applications that are frequent targets of denial of service (DDoS) attacks or other types of attacks.
  6. Collect personal information such as email addresses, screen names or other personally identifiable information without the consent of the party so identified.

B. Your use of the Service is governed by the policies set out in this AUP. We may amend them from time to time and will provide you notice on our portal. If a change in this AUP materially alters your rights or diminishes our obligations under this Agreement, you agree to provide us with thirty days’ written notice of your intent to terminate the affected Service and allow us to determine a course of action. If within that period of time, the parties are not able to reach an agreement, you may terminate the affected Service without penalty.

C. If you are providing services to third parties, and as a result you use the Services in a manner that violates our AUP, you are responsible for that violation. As a result, we strongly encourage you to incorporate these policies into your own policies, or adopt policies that are no less restrictive than these are.

D. If you want to change your hosting primary domain name that you must ensure you haven’t take a free domain with your hosting pack. If you take a free domain with your hosting then you can’t change it before the next renewal date.

E. For any published content, only its owner is responsible for any kinds of further issues. SISA HOST or any of its concerns is not responsible for users’ content.



Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, for any reason or for no reason, by requesting a cancellation from their members area at:
www.clients.sisahost.com > Services > My Services > Product/Service > View Details > Management Actions > Request Cancellation.
requires a five (5) day cancellation notice prior to the anniversary billing date for discontinuance or downgrades of month to month services. Failure to supply
the requisite five (5) days will result in a full billable monthly cycle prior to cancellation. All due amounts must be settled in full before we cancel the customer
account. Customer understands and agrees that SISA HOST does not provide pro-rated or any other kinds of refunds on cancellations. All fees
Customer has paid shall be nonrefundable, unless stated otherwise under our any 15 days money back guarantee.
All cancellation requests must be made directly via www.clients.sisahost.com. Cancellations requests are not accepted by email, postal mail, by phone or
via the help desk. If a customer canceled a recurring order by contacting any 3rd parties, we will consider it as an account cancellation
request. In such cases, SISA HOST reserves the right to terminate the customer account with immediate effect without any prior notice.


SISA HOST may modify these terms and conditions upon notice published online via SISA HOST. User’s use of SISA HOST services
after such notice shall constitute user’s acceptance of the modifications to this Agreement.
This agreement of User account, Contract, and Billing will automatically renew unless cancelled in writing prior to the renewal date.
